Placing a Standard Order
If you would like to join the Bobbin-a-Month Club click here otherwise, to place an ordinary order, you can do the following:
by phone: Just ring with a list of the bobbins you would like and you can either mail us a cheque or pay over the phone with your credit card.
by mail: Fill out the order form that you can download and print out from our catalogue page and send it to us enclosing a pounds sterling cheque or fill in the credit card section.
by fax: Fill out the order form that you can download and print out from our catalogue page and fax it to us ensuring you have filled in in the payment by credit card section.
by email: We are happy for you to send an order via email but we cannot accept credit card information via email. Please use either conventional mail, the phone or fax for sending your credit card details to us.
Payment Types
We accept MasterCard or Visa credit cards or cheques in Pounds Sterling only.
Waiting Time
Important: At the time of going to publication we aim to make standard orders within eight to twelve weeks. HOWEVER, please be aware that this can change dramatically depending on the workload at the time of placing your order. We will advise you of an approximate waiting time when we receive your order. If you need an order by a particular date please let us know and we will do our very best to ensure your order is with you in good time

Prices for Standard Orders
All standard orders will be charged at the prices in force at time the order is placed.
