Because all our bobbins are handmade, one at a time, we don’t do ‘Buy It Now’ or ‘One Click Ordering’.
If you'd like to buy from us that’s great, thank you. All you need to do is send us a list of the bobbin(s) you would like and your contact details and we will get straight back to you .
When we are about to make your bobbins, we’ll be in touch to sort out payment - we’re happy to give you a ring wherever you may be in the world and take card details over the phone or we can send you a PayPal invoice if you prefer.

Waiting Time We usually have a bit of a wait for individual orders to be made – we’ll let you know when you place your order.
Prices for Individual Orders All individual orders will be charged at the prices in force at time the order is placed.
Guarantee & Returns Policy
1) You may cancel your order at anytime within the first 14 days of placing your order.
2) If you wish to cancel your order after this time please contact us as soon as possible and we shall endeavour to meet your request. Please be aware that all bobbins are made to order – once an order has entered the production process (usually 14 days prior to despatch date) it may not be cancelled.
3) Notification of faulty goods should be made within three days of the goods being received. All goods supplied by us are warranted as being suitable for the purpose for which they are designed, under fair conditions.
Our liability under this warranty will be limited to the replacement and free repair against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not been caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods.
4) If you do need to return any goods, please remember to wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which have been damaged in transit.
